Standard Shipping Fee – Rs 50/order.
Shipping will take a duration of 10-15 days.
The shipping fee will be waived on the cart value above 499/-.

We are currently accepting prepaid orders only.
Cancellation period – if the order is applied for cancellation within the first four hours of the order time, full returns are eligible. Please mail us or write to us for cancellation.
Post-Cancellation Period – Our products are not eligible for returns.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to the address provided by you, due. to the courier’s fault, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping fee.
If you decline delivery of an order addressed to you, Karbonik21 will refund the paid order amount (after deducting Rs 100 + Shipping fee).
In case a customer receives a damaged product, we will replace the damaged product on the condition that all the original tags, packaging, and damaged products are returned to us. No extra charges will be incurred by the customer for this exchange. Customers have to apply for a replacement within 48h from the time of delivery of the product.
The number of days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account is 5-7 working days.
Our products cannot be resold at any point in time without our prior written consent.
